16th Annual Youth United Way Empty Bowls Event
You're invited to help fill empty bowls in our hometown!
Thursday March 8th 2018, 5-7pm at Stillwater Area High School
What is Empty Bowls?
A simple meal of soup and bread, donated by local restaurants. An "empty" pottery bowl to take home as a reminder of hunger in our community, donated by local artists. An annual community gathering, and silent auction to support local hunger and youth programs.
What is Youth United Way?
Youth United Way is a group of 8-12 grade students who have an interest in helping our community, and neighbors in need. They volunteer, learn about community needs, and host the annual Empty Bowl community meal every March.
