Board President
President, First Resource Bank
Aaron has served as President of First Resource Bank since 2018. He began employment at a pervious affiliate, Eagle Valley Bank, in 2013. Since joining the bank, Siegle has overseen asset growth from approximately $100 milltion to currently exceed $800 million. In 2022, Siegle was named a "Rising Star in Banking" by BankBeat Magazine. Prior to joining First Resource Bank, he was a commissioned bank examiner for the FDIC. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law where he graduated with Academic Distinction. He lives in Dellwood, MN with his wife and three daughters.
Siegle joined the United Way of Washington County-East Board in 2020 and in January 2026 assumed the role of Board President serving a 18-month term.
