Women UNITED is a group of like-minded women who wish to further the United Way of Washington County East’s mission and to join in a common cause to impact the community. Women UNITED has designated over $12,000 to help single working parents help get on their feet. There is a core group of 10-15 women directing all activities including fundraising, projects, and membership. This years’ goal for Women UNITED is to re-evaluate where in the community their support would make the strongest impact, recruit new members, finalize a new initiative.
