Our Lunch + Learn brought together a full room of community members ready to learn, connect, ask questions, and discover more about what we do here at United Way. There was one question at the end that really got us thinking: "If I'm sitting down with a friend and they ask, 'What does United Way do?' What's your elevator pitch?" 

The truth? It's hard to name just one thing. We connect people and resources. We invest in LOCAL organizations through our annual grant funding process. We bring people together for events. We listen to our community's more pressing and urgent needs and find ways to help. 

At the heart of it all, we are here to help our community thrive.
And conversations like Lunch + Learn help us grow, too.
