Cassie, Vice President of Commerical Banking at Bridgewater Bank has spent the past 10 years helping businesses and entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals through trusted partnerships and strategic banking solutions. Based in the Lake Elmo office, Cassie is passionate about building lasting relationships and supporting the growth of her clients and community.
A native of Hudson, Wisconsin, Cassie attended North Dakota State University, where she
competed as a Division I golfer while earning her Finance degree. The discipline, perseverance, and
competitive spirit she developed through athletics continue to influence her leadership and
professional approach today.
Beyond her career, Cassie is deeply passionate about supporting and empowering women, a cause
that is especially meaningful as the mother of three daughters. She believes in fostering
opportunities for women to grow professionally and personally while serving as a positive role
model for the next generation. Cassie lives in Lake Elmo with her husband and their three young
children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her family cabin, playing pickleball,
traveling, and making memories with her family.
Cassie joined the United Way of Washington County-East Board in 2026.
