Emily Krawczewski (Kroff-CHESS-key) joined United Way of Washington County-East team as the Administrative & Development Coordinator in 2026. A proud native of Granville, Ohio, Emily graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in mass communications and earned a Master of Library & Information Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2020. She's led a diverse career path, from being a radio DJ in Ohio to being a tour guide in Nashville. Prior to United Way, she spent give years with the Washington County Historical Society in Stillwater working on museum exhibits, planning programs and events, and sharing history with the community. She was a part of the 2023-24 Leadership in the Valley cohort in Stillwater.
Outside of work, Emily serves on Chi Omega Fraternity's National Archives Committee and plays in the Pan-handlers Steel Drum Band. She enjoys a good coffee shop, Walt Disney history, and visiting northern Michigan. Emily and her husband Taylor live in Forest Lake with their two per rabbits.
