Kathy Elliott is a retired business owner ith more than 27 years of experience starting, building, and leading a successful service-industry business. Throughout her career, Elliott developed deep expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and organizational leadership, with a focus on sustainable growth and community impact. 

Elliott is an active and engaged community member and a longtime supported of United Way. She has been instrumental in initatives such as the annual Spring Gala and supports various events throughout the year. Known as a connector, she leverages her network to bring people together, resources, and ideas to advance shared goals and strengthen organizations. 

She has been involved with a variety of local nonprofits and charitabale organizations, contributing her business acumen to help them grow, collaborate, and maximize their impact. She is deeply committed to United Way's mission to improve outcomes for youth, strengthen health and access to basic needs, and promote self-sufficiency for individuals and families in our community. 

A proud mother of two grown daughters who were raised in the Stillwater area and continue to call Minnesota home. Elliott joined the United Way of Washington County-East board in 2023.
