Kristin Kroll has served as Executive Director of United Way of Washington County-East since July 2023, where she leads a dedicated team focused on creating meaningful, lasting impact across the community. She brings extensive experience working with nonprofits of all sizes, including a decade as a fundraising consultant providing strategic guidance to more than 150 organizations.
Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Iowa State University and a Master's Degree in Education from DePaul University. She currently serves on the Minnesota United Way State Association Board of Directors and is a graduate of the Stillwater Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership in the Valley program.
A Stillwater resident for more than 22 years, Kristin has been deeply involved across the St. Croix Valley, including six years on the FamilyMeans Board of Directors. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Nolan, and their three children, whether that's hiking local trails, traveling together, or tending her always-growing garden.
