Lori Mueller is Chief Human Resources Officer at AgriBank, where she oversees people and culture strategy in support of AgriBank's mission and long-term success. Lori brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, with deep expertise in building strong cultures, developing leaders, and aligning people strategies with organizational mission and performance. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Metropolitan State University. Lori maintains senior professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP and SPHR, and is actively engaged in nonprofit and community leadership. Lori lives in Lake Elmo with her husband, Brian, and they are proud parents of five children.
Lori joined the United Way of Washington County-East board in 2022.
