Pete Flock is a retired Director from Andersen Windoes, where he spent 38 years leading customer contact, inside sales, Logistics and operations teams responsibile for over $1 billion in annual sales. Throughout his career, he drove operational improvements that reduced costs, strengthened customer service, and increased overall effectiveness, including consolidating multiple distribution contact centers into one high-performing team. 

Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Management and Communications from Concordia University - St. Paul. He currently serves as the Board Supervisor Vice Chair for Denmark Township, is a board member of the St. Mary's and St. Michael's Men's Club, and is an active member of the United Way's Community Investment and Fish United Committees. 

A resident of Denmark Township, Pete is married and the proud parent of five children and two grandchildren. He brings a thoughtful, results-driven leadership style and a strong commitment to community service to his board role. 

Pete joined the United Way of Washington County-East board in 2020.
