Tracey Weidner started her career with Northwest Airlines in New York working in reservations and throughout her 25 year career she wore many hats. Including; Reservation Specialist training U.S. and Singapore based agents, Senior Flight Operations Analyst, Customer Care Coordinator and Trainer, and Department of Transporation Liasion for Delta Airlines. The airline/aviation industry is the bulk of her professional expereince. Retirment for her didn't last long when she was recruited by Sun Country Airlines to their Customer Care Department and assuming the role as Manager and Liaison to the Department of Transportation.
Her entire career was spent working in Minneapolis when she ultimately wanted to be working in her community of Stillwater. Weidner left Sun Country to work for Renewal by Andersen as Supervisor of National Inside Sales – she said Renewal was a great company to work for. She retired, permantely, in February of 2023. Throughout her career her roles required her to be highly organized, adaptive problem solver with the skills to collaborate across functions and departments. She has brought her many years of leadership and dedication to volunteerism to our board.
Weidner joined the United Way of Washington County-East board in 2023.
